what shocking experience I've had with Sanlam Personal Loans

I app**** and got accepted for a personal loan a week ago, debi check done etc.

I call back a few days after the application to see why I have not received the monies and get told my bank statement needs to be from 1st to last day not 25th to 24th (does that really matter) which i then sorted out however no one called to tell me this beforehand

Long story short I have been calling them multiple times on a daily basis and still noting has happened, I even requested for a manager to call me and, as always, I get told i will get a call and NOHING.
