Shocking service as always.

Again I have to raise a issue here for sanlam trust.

Currently my sons trust need to be terminated as he is 21.

Al docs was submitted on the 30th of Jan.

We to date have to received any further comms from them even when asking for feedback - utter radio silence from them.

Please can someone get back to me so I can get a update or put me in contact with someone competent.
