Shocking and pathetic service from Sanlam Loans. Don't use them!

Their personal loan department is pathetic. I app**** to be able to pay the bond and transfer attorneys, but received no feedback for the bank account. I paid the initiation fee into the wrong account according to them, however, I never received anything in writing and no communication from them regarding the status. I phone daily and keep on getting the same response, that it is being escalated and investigated. Their manager Nomfundo never responds to any e-mail. I have never experienced such shocking service and a lack of customer care ever in my life. I will definitely not recommend Sanlam to any person and will never do any business with them again.
