Shocked

I am so astonished that for such a huge company, the entire first page of reviews are all bad ones! I've just opened a policy with them and am in the process of opening more but after seeing this, no thankyou. I always keep to my end of the contract and expect the same from the other party. I always prioritise my peace of mind so I'm going to cancel everything and go to capital legacy. Atleast their reviews are very reassuring.
