0 rating if possible,when reps sign you up for a policy they're polite and don't ask for certified this and that. The moment you find an alternative service provider,better suited to your personal and financial needs,you're given the runaround-FOR YOUR MONEY. I don't care about the R243.00 I've contributed,monthly,over the past + 2 years. I need my January refund. I'm tired of being transferred and given various email addresses each with varying supporting documentation. You are taking my money,my children's money. Refund me and leave my salary alone. This is very disappointing.
