Shameful

A thoroughly disreputable organisation. I'm taking all my money out and never come back. I'm in my twenties began a TFSA account and wanted to initially withdraw earlier in the year which was midly smooth, and because of the current economic climate decided to close the account. I initiated this on the 26th of September. They gave me a completion date to GET MY MONEY of two weeks! I needed my money at most a few days from the date I initiated it. As of writing this I still haven't received anything. I've had to CALL, *** and FILL IN PHYSICAL FORMS (in 2026!) to get a modicum of assistance. Pathetic organisation!
