I have still not recieved my late sister's investments. I was advised that I will be emailed a letter requesting for a guidance value letter from the social worker's and yes! I got the email however, this letter was not the correct letter when I got to the social worker's they advised me that this is the wrong letter WOW had to go back to Sanlam and they promised to send me another letter this has been on going since last year Sept I am not happy at the beneficial is only 12 years old and she stays with me

They are looking for a letter that is going to be addressed to the Department of Social Development, not the one you sent which had my incorrect initial. Kindly, re-send this letter. I would be glad if I can get this resolved and sent to my bank account as soon as possible. My sister's daughter needs school staff and this money I can utilize for her.
