Settlement paid, not settled, still owing Sanlam loans.

On 25 July I received a mail from Christine Saal Complaints Resolution Representative Sanlam Personal Loans, with my settlement quote.

It was Tuesday. Se said that the quote was only valid until Friday.

Two days later, the 27th I paid the full amount as per quote, and marked the prove of payment to Sanlam email.

Recently I noticed that the amount was updated on my Sanlam account BUT it shows that I STILL owe R497 plus.

I tried to reply on the mail I received from Christine Saal, but there are no alternative ot direct email address given to contact her directly. I rep**** in the mail and just recieved a reply from the no reply email address.

Stating the take not of my mail.

But no feedback from there.

So I settled according to the settlement letter provided, and my account was not settled. Now I am still owing, and I can't accept that.

I need feedback on this matter please.
