Where does one go when they need help with sanlam claim issues?

I have tried to get help from sanlam with regards to my claim tax certificate with no help, and as a result I have failed to submit my tax returns now I have a penalty issued against me.

No one has ever given me a clear answer as to why reconciliation is not yet done. On Monday I called and was told to send an email exactly my situation it will be forwarded to tax practitioner. I have not received any response since then
