Second Complaint – Calls to Sanlam Trust Keep Cutting

This is the second time I am lodging a complaint about the same issue with Sanlam Trust. Whenever I call, the line cuts off after about 2 minutes. I have tested this using two different numbers from two different service providers, yet the problem continues.

It is unacceptable that I cannot reach your call centre, and the only way I seem to get any response from Sanlam Trust is by posting complaints here on HelloPeter. I should not have to rely on this platform just to receive basic communication.

I expect Sanlam Trust to urgently investigate and resolve this issue, and to provide me with a reliable way to communicate with your team.
