Schoolfees not paid

I submitted a schoolfees claim in December and still waiting for it to be paid. I called 2 weeks ago and was told that it will be paid that week but today my son came home from school with an embarrassing letter... Why was i not informed that this was not sorted? Why did no one from sanlam trust called me? This is a repetitive thing year in and year out.

My eldest daughtes turned 21 today and the withdrawal form has been submitted. I pray to God that I wont wait for years for it to be paid out aswell. Please fix your communication because it is not rocket science to pick up a phone and make contact. I AM NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.
