SCHOOL UNIFORM
i have been send from pillar to post , their call centre is not helpfull at all very unprofessional ,my son has trust fund with sanlam ,so i app**** for school fee and school uniform they ONLY paid school fee,what about his school uniform? i have been calling the call centre without any help all they say is ur request has been prossed fund will be paid...WHEN because my son needs that school uniform..please fix this ASAP..TEACH YOUR CALL CENTRE AGENTS UBUNTU AND PROFFESIONALISM.

05 Mar 2021, 15:29i got a call from an agent, now she asks for my bank statement NOW,why in the world didnt they contact me as soon as they receive my application that i need to send a bank statement? poor servece i tell you, however i did send the bank statement to Zodwa Ramovha. i believe i will receive that payment TODAYcause my son wont go to school on monday with a torn uniform.
