School not being fair

Assupol I've cancelled my policies with you you even have a reference number DC/Fh*** yet you continued to deduct money from my personal even after receiving the cancellation forms even MaiteSkosana send me an email I've even confirmed with her that I've already send the cancellation form. For my two policies yet you continue debiting my Persal. Can you please stop doing that and refund me my June premiums as I'm no longer covered and that's what you will tell my family when they try to claim forgetting that you've already deducted my money.
