School fees from the trust

This has been going for years now where we submit documents for the trust to pay the school fees for the children, I submitted documents for my son school fees for 2023 on the 22nd of December 2022 and my daughters documents on the 5th of January 2023 I called the contact centre a couple of times spoke to Amahle and Fiona nothing has been fine does mean my children are suppose to be put of school until the fees are paid this happens every year and I am tired of Sanlam and and its incompetence they are suppose to settle in 10 working days today my kids school is not settled for 2023 and the school puts interests every month it's not paid
