Scared my sanlam and kaelo

I have a gap cover with kaelo and sanlam.ive put 7 claims in already over a period of 3 months and everytime the claims are rejected or there is outstanding documents.i sent all outstanding documents in but yet no payouts.they are ****ing people out of there hard earned money.i trusted sanlam as a well known company and this is what they are going to people.i would never recommend and of my family or anyone for that matter to take out anything with sanlam or kaelo.
