"******** and rouges" don't take there policy

Yet another review on sanlam indie and there pathetic service and pathetic treatment towards their clients. I have never in my life come across such a group of ********. To sign up policies and debit accounts they are very good but to keep good the that policy they don't actually care weather the client lives or dies. They don't even properly validate claims but ever ready to reject it

Sanlam requested a physician note confirming my diagnosis after sitting for hours at the hospital the casualty doctor himself gave me a letter confirming diagnosis of a heart attack however with that letter sanlam said that they could see the casualty doctors stamp but could not decsifer the name of the doctor so I went back and again after sitting for hours got another letter from the doctor with a more visible understanding of his stamp and name and now sanlam declined my claim because the doctor wrote ishamiec heart disease and did not write heart attack in brackets.

I think it is very ********* of the assessors to play with people's lives. What guarantee do I have that even if I pay my policy for the next 10 years that on my death my son will be paid out.

I even sent them an email requesting the medical assessor to please call my doctor to confirm diagnosis before making a decision but that to was just shut down and declined my claim.

I am going to go back to the hospital and have the report sorted out and would like to see what other excuses are given in order for them to decline again.
