SARS REQUEST FOR OUTSTANDING RECOGNITION OF TRANSFER (RTO01)

For days now I have been trying to request Sanlam to submit an outstanding Recognition of Transfer (RTO01) to SARS as my 2021 tax return has been placed on hold due to that but I'm not getting my request actioned. I called last week on the 9th and the call centre agent sent me the form because 'I had to send it in manually to SARS' but when I called SARS they informed me that this is not how it works the fund needs to do the submission. I lodged a complaint on the *** email and Naajidah Spruit responded requesting my ID number which I sent but they have since gone quiet too and not provided any feedback. Can someone please do their job and action this.
