Sanlun funeral Policy

Good afternoon

I am extremely disappointed with Sanlam. I have a policy with Sanlam of R50 000 which is deducted from my straight from my Salary(Pay slip). I submitted a claim for my mother in February and they only paid me R17 000, they said the reason was that I had 2 instalments outstanding. My instalment is R4 000 and something, but they deducted R33 000 from the R50 000 payout. I was very broken and Frustrated during my mourning period. Family members ended up contributing to my mother's funeral whereas i had a cover of R50 000 which they only paid not even half of it. i have been with Sanlam for a long time. Sanlam you are such a disappointment i will never recommend you to anyone.

Can you please assist me with getting back my money from Sanlam. In my understanding they were suppose to deduct the 2 instalments that were outstanding of which it was not even my fault for the policy not to be paid as it is deducted straight from my salary.
