Sanlum the ****

I bought into Sanlums funeral and survivor insurance because of the benefits they had in that policy of which since I’ve had no deaths in the very same policy I’m supposed to get back a cash back benefits of about R20000 since I took out the policy in 2013 April 5 all of a sudden I’m being told that my benefits were closed off because so many people who had the same policy were claiming too much of which they had right to do so because if you have no death in the policy for a certain period of time you get cash back but now it my problem why are these companies ******** us why are we not getting what we’re paying for please deal with these people I’m so sick of them and their high premiums yet they do as they please with us once we have joined their ****s
