Sanlum efund provident fund

Hi. I've now had enough with Sanlum, I got retrenched on the 30th May 2017, submitted all my documents to my HR and everything was sent through to Sanlum on the following Monday. Months passed and I never received my payout, in August I decided to call Sanlum because all along I thought that there was probably a delay with my payout, so when i called in August the receptionist would transfer my call then the call would be disconnected. In September I called again, this time I was clear about who I wanted to speak to with regards to my provident fund, I asked to speak to Madeline Pretorious, my call was transferred yet again and disconnected again. Yesterday ther 01 November 2017, I called AGAIN, I asked to speak to Madeline Pretorious the receptionist was so rude, because I pronounced the surname wrong, she said she'd transfer me to the provident fund department, she did so, I asked the consultant to transfer my call to Madeline, I stayed on the line for 5mins30sec, then the line was disconnected again. After a few minutes I called again, call got transferred to Madeline after holding for a few minutes, the phone sent me through to voice-mail, i left my details nd im patiently waiting.

Could these *********** people get their act together, im actually really ****ed off. I wont give up until I get my money
