Sanllam Gap Cover is the worst ever!!!!

I have Sanlam Gap Cover, to my biggest regret they take their money religiously every month but stretch out my claims for 3 months, and every time they seek an excuse on a claim the turn around time renews to 7 - 14 working days. I have money outstanding due to me since December 22 and it's been a fight. They try to get an excuse not to pay!!!! What ever you do PLEASE don't ever consider working with Sanlam for a company that's been around for so many years they have mastered the skill of not paying out and delaying the process of paying what the client is covered for and paying for every month!!!!
