Sanlan will ignore when you want answers

Sanlam you failed my grandmother and mother,even though we have an order..you are now saying this is beyond your jurisdiction,when I want reasons as to why you wasted my time and kept making it look like you would oblige,I get ignored?didn’t you know that before you made decisions?this is peoples lives you dealing with,this is people’s investments you dealing with!!
