Sanlan Sky falsely deducting from me

I have a number of insurances with them and iam thinking of taking my business somewhere else.This is because of their negligence I've encountered.Sanlam has been deducting a policy of more that R330 from my employer for months and because I once in a while check my policies and remind myself of which covers I have,I was lucky to identify that policy I never even signed for. I contacted them and they promised to rectify the problem in January come February the policy deducted again in March the policy deducted again.When I called them 2day I held on the other side of the phone for more than 10 minutes with no response to the deduction department I was forwarded into.The very important information I ask of when did they started charging me for the policy that's not mines is being concealed from me.
