Sanlan bad bad bad .

My claim was sent in a year ago. All documents have been completed. Was told payout will be end if May. Still waiting. Sanlam keeps telling me they need a tax no and that the number I gave them is incorrect. The tax number I gave Sanlam was given to me by Sars themselfs. This tax no was given to different people at different times since Desember 2020 up until now. When I speak to Sanlam they enter the number and tell me the sistem exepted the number and payout sould be within 48 to 72 hours. This has happend 4 times. Each time with no payout or word from them. When we phone to find out what happend they keep on saying incorrect tax no. How is this possible since this is the tax no on sars"s sistem. I am very ill with copd and are in desperate need of this money to buy my meds since I dont have a medical aid. Without my meds I dont stand much chance since I need oxygen aswell and dont have the means of getting it without financial help. I have been trying to prolong the times I have to take meds and it has been touch and go at times. What do I do now. No use phoning Sanlam since I get the same line each time. The tax no given to Sanlam is correct, why dont they payout the money. This is bad bad bad. I feel like sharing my story with the world so that everyone can think twice before joining sanlam for anything.
