Sanlamsky's poor administering of retirement annuity, incompetence, empty promises,

Sanlamsky is failing to manage my retirement annuity, they are deducting money from my salary on monthly basis but failing to allocate it to the existing policy, I have complained about this some months ago and I was promised that it will be resolved, here I am back to square 1, do you expect me to come to your offices and resolve your admin issues?
