SanlamSky savings

I am soo annoyed by Sanlam I took a funeral policy in 2016 so that guy that helped me also advised to take savings he said I can pay R20 monthly and increase as times goes so I took these savings now in 2020 I wanted claim this money I was told I now have R1100 some cents now when I put a claim of R900 a after 7 days a guy is calling me to tell they can only pay R34 bcoz I was arrears in 1 month in 2017 and 1 month in 2018 so R34 is what I can get m really comfused
