SanlamSky and Tshfiwa M don't reply to brokers

I am a broker with Sanlam and Sanlam Sky and have been emailing and calling to follow up on client queries with no response. TshifwaM who works in that office also ignores emails. Several weeks pass with no feedback and this is affecting my business
