Sanlam’s customer care lines feels like a black hole - calls go in, but no help ever comes out. No answer at any of the lines they gave as customer care lines - ***and especially ***, which they say - Members are encouraged to add Sanlam's retirement fund Client Care Centre as a contact by using this number. I tried both and after 18 minutes on the 1st and 16 minutes on the second number, I threw in the towel. If this is “service, they seriously need to rethink their priorities.
