The insurance company canceled my policy without giving reasons, yet continued to debit my account. I tried to reach them for over a month, i then reversed one month debit. They only contacted me after reversing and canceling the debit, saying that they will reinstate the policy if i undergo tests. I referred them to the initial offer which had no such conditions of which they have a recording of. Now they have reinstated the debit and the bank is not able to reverse the payment because of the settings on their side. I wrote to sanlamindi asking for a refund and that they should stop *******/ unauthorised activity on my account.
