SanlamEB

I resigned from work on the 23rd of February 2022 till this date I haven't received my Provident fund payout from sanlamEB I've tried multiple times to contact the service center but still giving me the same story at 1st I was told that they waiting for my confirmation of exit from my employer and they in no position to call and request it and than I contacted my ex-employer to explain to them they said they've sent everything to sanlam and even confirmed to that they submitted every document than I contacted the service center again in an different time frame they changed their tube now saying they waiting for my February contribution yet on the 23rd of May 2022 I received an email from sanlamEB confirming that they have received all necessary documents to process the claim but till today I haven't received any cent... Sanlam is just Bad
