Sanlam wrongly quoted
Good day Please assist with my issue with Sanlam regarding my Personal loan I took in 2016 which I paid off or finished in 2018. My issue is firstly with the quote I was given then.According to the monthly statement,Sanlam quoted me too much and it also shows that there is money due to me from the total amount I paid in 2018. I’ve spoken to the agents at Sanlam for 3 months now and every time I’m not being assisted. According to me,every agent who has assisted me saw or sees the mistake that was done on my account and due to that I’m being avoided. May you please assist as best as you can
