SANLAM - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Hi - unfortunately I cannot give a good rating to Sanlam. No assistance whatsoever. Holding on for hours on the call centre number, emails are also responded with automated replies. I have been trying to talk to someone for over a week now on a daily basis with NO response at all.

Worst service I have ever experienced. If I could give you a 0-star I would. This should drastically be looked into from Sanlam Management. They are losing business like crazy if this continues.
