sanlam won't allow me to settle my loan account

I have a person loan from Sanlam. Sanlam won't allow me to settle the loan. I have made numerous calls and have even been to Sanlam Centre at Jeppe street Johannesburg. They flatly refuse to allow me to repay the loan. Surely this is *********? They can't continue to charge me interest and insurance while they won't allow me to settle the account. Its tantamount to **** or ******ion. It is day five now and they are still refusing. They won't give their banking details nor the settlement balance. Huh!?
