Sanlam withholding unclaimed pension funds

My name is Bafedile Moaisi from Koster. I received a call from the data Factory on the 21st of August 2023 about my unclaimed pension funds from a private company which I left in 2016. At first I was skeptical and didn't trust them so I got my daughter to research 1st. After she found out that they are actually legit I called them back and they sent me forms to fill and I sent them back on the 23rd of August. I informed my former colleagues about this so that they can also check if they qualify to get something. On the 12th of October I called to check on the progress of the claim and they said that they have done their part and have forwarded the papers to sanlam. Sanlam being thw administrator. The 17th of Oct I called Sanlam to verify and they confirmed that they have received my documents and are busy with the claim. To cut the long story short, the people whom I went and made aware of this unclaimed funds have now received their payments and I have not. They claimed after me and I am the one who made them aware of this. I feel that it is unfair of Sanlam to leave me hanging like this. Sanlam payback the money. I call them everyday enquiring about this and no one has an answer for me. They don't even have the decency to call me and update me I'm the one running after them. I thank the data Factory for locating and informing me about the money. As for Sanlam I would not recommend any of my family or friends, worst customer service ever.
