Sanlam Withdrawal Claim

The service at Sanlam is pathetic. None knows what is exactly happening with a claim. You speak to 4 different people they all tell you different things. I wonder what would happen if one had to die and someone had to claim through Sanlam. I certainly do not recommend. This is for my Pension withdrawal claim which i do not have an idea of what is happening because none knows what the process is.
