Sanlam will sell you off to sharks like Sigma - Worst service Ever from a company you can never Trust

I had a personal load with Sanlam. Without any notice they have sold this over to a company called Sigma. Sigma has harassed me to no end. I have asked them for specific information that I need to review before engaging with them and nothing has been sent. Instead they continue to threaten and add costs. Sanlam you are the worst service provider to ever deal with. I will never ever ever deal with you and will ensure no one from my family does either. Without any notice you sell this off to a company like Sigma who refuse to give me the information I want. To make matters worse no correspondence from you at all regarding this. To everyone reading this review do not ever deal with Sanlam ever. Be it any financial products. They are nice when they want your business, however when you fall on hard times they will throw you to the worst possible company ever. You are the worst of the worst insurers I have ever come across. Even though I am in a position to cover the arrears and get back on track I can not trust that Sigma company. How dare you throw your clients to an aweful company like that. How dare you.
