Sanlam will debt review you without knowledge
Sanlam is in partnership with debt review company called debt busters. You will receive a call from Sanlam pretending to offer you financial assistance called debt consolidation which is the word they use to say debt review. I’m so disappointed and hope people will wake up and smell the coffee

Indeed I have received feedback and we have concluded that the sales agents will be open and clear with clients. debt busters referral will be explained as debt review since debt buster is not registered to offer financial loans to customers therefore it is not debt consolidation.
I am happy that you took action to stop your team from selling products that they too don’t understand and training will begin so that they are equipped with knowledge to avoid people being loured into financial implications.
