Sanlam wealth bonus not paid

I am at my wits end with Sanlam- my wealth bonus has still not been paid to me!! I have been making enquiries since it was due for payment at the end of April- we are now in June and he best I have gotten is that it has been forwarded to the relevant department. From the apparent confusion as to how much it should be, to their system was doing an upgrade to checking my banking details with me FOUR TIMES ALREADY!!!!

WHEN DO THE EXCUSES END AND THE PAYMENT TRANSFERRED?????????????????
