Sanlam waste ones airtime and iys the only hope to wait on line forever emails are automatically blocked

So someone finally calls to say they will ask the relevant department to call me. Now I have received my payslips for the past 3 months and still no reason for the short payment.

I responded to the private email and it bounced back. I am blocked from all emails to contact them or reply like I use to.

Why was I short paid if nothing is meant to change until 1st April?
