Sanlam using debt busters to put me under debt review

Sanlam using debt busters to place me under debt counseling I got a sms from sanlam requesting to make a quotation for me for a personal consolidation loan to which I was hesitate to then I end up accepting. I therefore got transferred to an agent by the name of Gift who asked me some credit Bureau questions. My name is now under debt review for no reason😭😭.
