Sanlam using debt busters to place me under debt counseling

I got a call from sanlam requesting to make a quotation for me for a personal consolidation loan to which I was hesititant then I end up accepting. I therefore got transferred to an agent by the name of Phathu who asked me some credit Bureau questions, then I was transferred to another agent by the name of Andile who was rude. He started asking me questions about my credit Bureau also and giving options of debt counseling or debt review option which I declined immediately. He therefore continued to insult me by saying it's 2 days after pay day I don't have money so I must take the debt counseling option. I therefore hung up the call because I didn't want to fight since I am a grieving widow of mere 2 weeks. Now to my surprise I am getting messages from debt busters about completing my application. Which application because I never contacted debt busters. Is sanlam selling my information to debt busters under the pretense of sanlam. I am disappointed and fuming. I need my name to be removed from such things because I never app**** for such.
