Sanlam useless
I have been trying to get hold of sanlam for 2 weeks about my provident fund, calls emails nothing just automated responces. They are quick to take our money but when you needs answers you can not get hold of them.

22 Apr 2026, 11:54As I suspected no contact from Sanlam back as they said "we will have someone contact you" not even the call centre answers you wait for more than an hour wasting money to call them, their WhatsApp line is completely useless. So, it looks like I have to start accepting losing my funds. I will now try the ombudsman for assistance.

As I suspected no contact from Sanlam back as they said "we will have someone contact you" not even the call centre answers you wait for more than an hour wasting money to call them, their WhatsApp line is completely useless. So, it looks like I have to start accepting losing my funds. I will now try the ombudsman for assistance.
