Sanlam Universal Education Protector (UEP)

Sanlam is a terrible company...to think that i wanted to apply for insurance through their company, the Universal Education Protector is total ***. My sons fess have not been paid for 4 years. I dont get communication or anything. I have sent numerous emails requesting assistance. When I called their offices i was told my son does not exist on their database dont even remember the lady I was talking to over the phone cause of the stress that I have endured trying to get my son an education which he should be rightfully catered for. Not even one payment has been made since his fathers passing. I have filled the online complaints form and i still didnt hear from them. I would never recommend Sanlam and their services to anyone.
