Sanlam Unit Trust Investment is scham!

Good Day,

I have a Unit Trust investment with Sanlam since October 2015. Now I need to use some of the investment money and I was told that they will not pay it to me, reason being that I changed bank account and my new account is less that 3 months, which is incorrect. When I challenged them that I have already received my salary 4 times into this new bank account, they changed the reason for not paying my funds to 'change of banking' which requires me to submit certified copy of my ID with 3 signatures. I find this very unfair that they have been debiting my account all these years, however when I need to withdraw my funds, am told of a certified copy of my ID. Can Sanlam please pay my money.
