Sanlam unattends my complaints

I received a call from Sanlam on Friday morning after I wrote my review here on this platform and the gentleman assured me that he would handle situation immediately and see that it will be attended to but now to my surprise, I'm being told that the gentleman stopped working for Sanlam after he spoke with me. I, Sikhokele having been waiting and complaining and was told that I was going to informed with everything but now suddenly the guy is no longer working for Sanlam, so it shows that Sanlam does not take our cries seriously because I'm in need of my funds and was told I would be receiving them by the end of this week.
