Sanlam Umbrella Trust

My sister gets monthly funds from the trust my mom left her. It states exactly what it is for and its needed each month end but she never receives it month end but now as she is waiting it still hasn't appeared in her account so now she has to go explain why rent is overdue yet again and ontop of that have to probably wait another 2weeks and it is tiring. At this point we don't even know what exactly goes on with the trust anymore.
