Sanlam umbrella fund not making payouts

I submitted my claim to request that i withdraw from the sanlam umbrella fund, to my dissatisfaction, my withdrawal claim has not been processed since over two months now. I submitted my claim application, bank statements and ID but the claim is still not been processed. I made countless follow up calls and the response i get is, tax related matters. I doubt tax deductions take that long to be processed, so that my monies are deposited into my account. I am still waiting on my monies. Sanlam is been a bad service provider regarding making our claims be paid for.
