SANLAM Umbrella Fund Chaos

I have left the employment of a company at the end of September 2024. Have submitted a claim for Provident Withdrawal after a lot backwards and forwards with various forms and escalations eight weeks down the line still no progress! This is shocking to say the least! Complaints email not working, long waiting times to even get through to their call centre and no call backs as promised. I have heard the two pot system explained a hundred of times!!!
