Sanlam Umbrella full of stories

I am still waiting for my fund to be deposited and its now almost two months waiting, I need to pay my school fees and register for second semester at school.

Every time I call or go to the branch I get conflicting stories...

I need to know why is it taking so long and when will my money be deposited.
