Sanlam turnaround time and non response is disgusting

Sanlam has ignored emails from 2025 till date about unclaimed monies owed to my mother's estate. One day they hire a tracing agent to contact us , we have given them all the paperwork needed. Sanlam has since went mute on us , no replies to emails , nothing. I thought they would communicate and give feedback on the progress of the claim. They amended their policy to say they would be paying estates or beneficiaries in 10 days last year. They don't bother updating people on what is going on , no progress.
